The origins we buy from
We would rather operate in a few lanes properly than claim to cover the world. These are the origins where we have real relationships.
Afghanistan
Import- Dried apricots
- Pine nuts (chilgoza)
- Raisins
- Figs
Sun-dried stone fruit and wild-harvested nuts. Seasonal availability, so forward planning matters — we usually contract ahead of the harvest window rather than buying spot.
Indonesia
Import- Nutmeg
- Mace
- Cloves
- Cassia
Whole spices from the Banda Islands and Sulawesi. High oil content is the reason buyers pay for Indonesian origin, so we grade on oil and moisture rather than appearance alone.
Vietnam
Import- Black pepper
- Cassia cinnamon
- Star anise
Central Highlands pepper at 500 and 550 GL, steam-sterilised where the destination requires it. Reliable volumes and container availability make this our most consistent lane.
USA
Import- Almonds
- Pistachios
- Walnuts
California and San Joaquin Valley nuts with full traceability. Tight, well-documented supply chain — the paperwork is rarely the problem here, pricing and timing are.
India
Export- Green cardamom
- Turmeric
- Cashew kernels
- Raisins
Our export origin. Cardamom from Kerala, turmeric from Erode, cashews processed to W180–W320, raisins from Nashik. This is where we have the most direct control over grading.
Markets we ship into
On the export side we ship to buyers in the Gulf, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. Destination requirements differ sharply — residue limits, labelling, prior notice — so we confirm the compliance picture before quoting rather than after the container is booked.
