Checked before it moves, not after it lands
Most disputes in this business come down to a specification that was never written down properly. We try to remove that failure mode.
Why we are strict about the paperwork
Spices and dry fruits are natural products. Two lots from the same region in the same season can differ on moisture, colour and count. That variation is normal — what is not acceptable is discovering it only when the container is opened at destination.
So we fix the tolerances in writing, test against them, and share the results. If a lot does not meet spec, you hear it from us before it ships.

Our quality process
Specification agreed first
Before an order is confirmed we write down the grade, moisture ceiling, count or size, foreign matter tolerance and packing. That document is what the lot is checked against — not a verbal understanding.
Sampling at source
Samples are drawn from the actual lot, not a showroom sample. For repeat buyers we hold a retained sample against which future shipments are compared.
Laboratory testing
Moisture, foreign matter and, where the product or destination requires it, aflatoxin, pesticide residue and microbiological testing through accredited laboratories.
Cleaning & grading
Sortex cleaning, sieving and hand-sorting as the specification demands. Spices are graded on oil content and appearance; nuts and dried fruit on count, colour and defect percentage.
Pre-shipment inspection
A final check before stuffing, covering packing integrity, weights, markings and container condition. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if you prefer independent verification.
Documentation handover
Test reports, inspection notes and weighment slips are shared with the shipping documents, so what arrives can be reconciled against what was agreed.
