Bringing origin produce into India

This is the side of the business we have run hands-on for years. We buy at source, manage inspection and paperwork, and land the consignment at your facility.

What we import, and from where

Dry fruits and nuts from Afghanistan and the United States, whole spices from Indonesia and Vietnam. These are established lanes for us — we know the seasons, the grades that travel well, and which suppliers hold their specification under pressure.

If you need something outside the list below, ask. Sourcing a new line in an origin we already operate in is usually straightforward.

How an import order runs

  1. 01

    Requirement & indent

    You tell us the product, grade, quantity and delivery window. We confirm what is realistic from which origin, and at what landed cost.

  2. 02

    Sourcing at origin

    We work our existing supplier network in the origin country, negotiate on your behalf and lock the lot before prices move.

  3. 03

    Inspection & documentation

    Pre-shipment inspection, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, invoice and packing list, insurance cover.

  4. 04

    Shipping & clearance

    Booking, container stuffing, bill of lading, and customs clearance on arrival — including duty computation and FSSAI clearance for food consignments.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Onward despatch from port to your warehouse, with weighment and quality check documentation handed over.
